Because a lack of maintenance is the #1 cause for major breakdowns, our plan includes the necessary services that help keep your heating and air system operating properly and efficiently. While routine maintenance cannot prevent normal, everyday wear and tear (nothing can), it does provide the necessary maintenance tasks needed to upkeep the efficiency, longevity and durability of your system.
The Cagle Club VIP Membership Plan
Our Cagle Club plan includes 2 servicing visits per year – 1 during the Spring for your air conditioning unit and 1 during the Fall for your furnace/heating unit. The benefits include:
- Inspection & cleaning of your HVAC system during each service visit
- Priority scheduling on repairs and installs
- 10% discount on all parts and labor for repairs and system upgrades
- Special pricing on other maintenance services (water heater & generator maintenance)
- The air conditioning system service includes:
- Inspect coolant levels & pressure
- Inspect air filter
- Check & adjust thermostat
- Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
- Inspect and clean condenser
- Inspect condensate drain
- Inspect outdoor disconnect
- Inspect condenser fan motor and blades
- Inspect compressor at startup
- The heating system service includes:
- Clean blower
- Check & adjust burners
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Inspect gas pressure & flame
- Inspect igniter/pilot light
- Inspect filter
- Check airflow
- In addition to the items listed above, also included in our Cagle Club VIP Membership are:
- Recommendations: The club provides recommendations on how to best maintain your equipment. These recommendations can include regular maintenance tasks, usage guidelines, and other tips to extend the lifespan and performance of your equipment.
- Potential Issue Reporting: The club's team will keep an eye out for any potential issues they observe during maintenance visits. By identifying and reporting these issues early on, you can take proactive measures to address them before they escalate into more significant problems.
